TIKAL TEF- GEL® ( PDF SLO )
TIKAL TEF- GEL® je vodoodporna zmes na osnovi PTFE. Je izvrstna zaščitapred rjavenjem med različnimi kovinami. Vsepovsod kjer se stikate dve kovine je priporočljivi dodati le kanček TIKAL TEF- GEL®- a, in problem pred rjavenjem je odveč in odpravljen.Namen uporabe: TIKAL TEF-GEL® uporabimo neposredno iz tube. Za nanos uporabimo majhen čopič s katerim nanesemo na površino TIKAL TEF-GEL®. TIKAL TEF-GEL® se ne posuši nikdar, zato nima odprtega delovnega časa. Za čiščenje orodja uporabimo terpentin.

TIKAL TEF-GEL® – STOP rjavenju!Dve različne kovine združimo ob prisotnosti vlage takrat se prične kemična reakcija kateri pravimo galvansko rjavenje (korozija). Vsak mate-rial (kovina) ima svoje zahteve, lastnosti in pri prisotnosti vlage je torej velika mogočnost da pride do rjavenja. Pri spajanju dveh izjemno različnih kovin nastane do izredno velike potencijala med ohišij kovinama. Pri tem se oblikujeta dva pola .En pol je kovina ki ima nižji potencijal (anoda) in drugim ki ima višji potencija (katoda).Anoda izloči del elektronov. Ostali elektroni se vežejo na katodo in pri tem nastane katodna reakcija.V nautičnem obsegu bo na primer med aluminijem in inox kovino zaradi različnih napetosti možnost zelo velika da nastane galvansko rjavenje.
Vlaga, slanost okolja pošpešuje zamenjavo elektronov in takrat se nastajagalvansko rjavenje. To lahko opazimo zelo dobro na aluminijastem jamboru ali inox delih ter alu vijakih . Opazi se kot bel prah na določenih točkah pozneje je to opaziti po celotni površini. Pri nastajanju pod lakirano ovršino je to možno opaziti kot mehučke po barvo.TIKAL TEF-GEL® trajno preprečuje nastajanje galvanske korozije.Tako zaščiti spoje med dvema različnima kovinama in vijake je lahko po zelo dolgem času kljub izpostavljenim ekstremnim razmeram odvijačiti.

Galvanic corrosion:
Two different metals connected to each other in a moist environment trigger a chemical reaction, called galvanic corrosion.
Each metal has a different potential, i.e. the ability to discharge electrons. If you connect two clearly different metals, there is a significant difference in potential between the metal bodies. Two poles are formed: one pole at which the metal has a low potential, the anode; and one pole at which the potential is higher, the cathode.
The anode discharges electrons. The released electrons feed a cathode reaction.
As a result, corrosion of the less refined metal is strengthened, while that of the refined metal is prevented.
In the maritime field, for example, aluminium is often combined with special steel. On the electro-chemical series, aluminium is far below special steel, meaning that potential for electron exchange is very high.
The moist, sometimes saline environment assists exchange of electrons and the start of galvanic corrosion. You can see this, for example, on special steel brackets of aluminium masts or screw connections to aluminium hulls. At first there is a white powder, and later the surface breaks off completely. Blistering and flaky lacquer can even form under lacquered surface in the course of corrosion.
TIKAL TEF GEL provides permanent protection from such corrosion. It protects connections of various metals, and screw connections are kept workable permanently.
